I just love this vegan Crazy Chick

For the past couple of months I’ve been obsessed with watching vegan recipes on You Tube. This crazy chick is one of my favorites. The last 30 seconds of the video is funny … she’s my kind of crazy chick … not too out there, but she’s down to earth funny in her own way:

  1. Too much work but she is delightful.

For vegan food that burger looked pretty good. IConsidering the size of that thing I’m amazed she got her mouth around it. Have you made this??? I’m curious how much like bacon the vegan bacon tasted.

  3. I’ve been looking for a new vegan burger recipe. Thanks for posting. She was funny at the end when she relized she had cheese on her nose. hahaha

  4. People hear vegan (or even vegetarian) and think “Yuck” or “What do you eat?” Well, this shows that we can eat a lot of really great tasting things! And not be miserable, either!T hanks for showing this, Laff! 🙂

I like her channel because she cooks transitional vegan food. She actually did a series transforming Paula Deen’s recipes vegan. Interesting stuff. Glad you liked it Lorna.

  5. Any burger, whether it’s vegan, or hardcore beef, should leave your face a mess. Absolutely love this recipe. I’ve been toying with going vegan and Mathair’s even suggested it, given I don’t eat much meat or dairy products to begin with, but I’ve been hesitant because I assumed I’d be eating boring, raw vegetables all day. This looks great! Can’t wait to try.

I’ve given up dairy, but haven’t had much luck with meat. I’ll still eat chicken once in a while, but I’ve down tremendously! I will be having turkey this year though, but I won’t eat the turkey butt, which is my fav part. I do veg juice every morning, but beet juice is a challenge unless I camouflage the taste with a few oranges and bunches of celery and cucumber! But that’s where I get MOST of my daily nutrition! The good thing about eating mostly veggies and NO DAIRY is that one will lose weight easily. I still eat lots (volume wise) but I no longer eat empty calories. 🙂

  6. ~~~~~~~~~~oooomgosh,
this looks faaaaaaabulous. I’ll never make it, but I’d def. order it in a restaruant! She is adorable. I love how she made the bacon.!

You had me with the bacon but sweet potato seems to be the glue holding it all together. She is great fun!

  8. Love the burger! I haven’t found a good vegan “bacon” that I like yet though. Most entertaining post, thank you!
